FATEVA Solutions was born from Rosalyn’s personal journey — balancing family, work, and the demands of life with long commutes and late nights. She prayed for a way to work from home, serve her family, and still make a meaningful impact. That prayer became the foundation of FATEVA, a company built to empower businesses while providing flexible, rewarding opportunities for virtual assistants.

Our Story
I started my career in the BPO industry back in 2014 as a call center agent, handling customer concerns and assisting upset clients on a daily basis. It was a demanding season of my life — long hours, a three-hour commute from Bulacan to Manila, and moments where I had to stay at the office overnight just to save money for fare.
Despite the challenges, it taught me resilience, discipline, and the value of service.
When the pandemic hit, everything shifted. I was given the opportunity to work from home for the first time, and it sparked something deeper in me — a dream of work-life balance and a life where I could serve my purpose beyond the corporate setting.
With my first bonus, I bought my own desktop and began exploring online work opportunities. I prayed for a path that would allow me to stay at home, serve in ministry, and still be able to bless others.
That prayer opened doors I never expected.
I was hired by my first client and introduced to a program for real estate professionals. From there, more opportunities followed, and soon I was working with multiple clients.
As demand grew, I began building a team and outsourcing work — not just to scale, but also to give others the same opportunity for flexibility, income, and work-life balance that I once prayed for.
Today, FateVA Solutions is trusted by clients because of the quality, consistency, and heart we put into every project. Many of our clients come through referrals, a reflection of the relationships we build and the results we deliver.
What started as a personal prayer has now become a growing team with a shared mission:
